It is with great honor that we look at our distribution center, as it is the biggest one of the Volvo Group worldwide. It holds spare parts of every brand, which means all spare parts of the truck brands, the construction equipment, the busses and the marine- and industrial engines. Being successful in the long run, that is our vision! Therefore, we offer storage but also secondary activities, which focus on delivery precision, service and efficiency.

You are part of the Maintenance team that is included in the Operational Support structure.

Do you just love to ...

• For new projects, you help to define the technical specifications of the tools, equipment and machines, taking into account the long term maintenance and standardization

• You are responsible for the maintenance program

• You make analysis, based on collected data of down time of our equipment

• You develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans, this to minimize the down time of our equipment during interventions

• You describe the technical specifications of our maintenance contracts

• You are securing the availability of critical components needed in the department

• You maintain contact with contractors to be able to fix unexpected problems fast. You assist them when they’re on site.

• You support/assist the maintenance team technicians in their daily tasks of PM and breakdown repairs

• You are involved in new technologies

Are you the one?

• Master’s Degree in engineering or equal with proven and relevant experience.

• Good technical and mechanical knowledge

• Knowledge of logistic processes and automation

• Creative and inspiring person

• Hands on and able to define priorities

• Change management, networking ability, cross functional work

• Team player

• Well-developed communication and leadership skills

• Fluently in Dutch and English
