JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER Benelux
JOB SUMMARY
Provides a high level of technical service, according to established standards, within a defined territory
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS
Performs installations, preventive maintenance and repairs within Benelux region, in compliance with Terumo BCT service expectations and processes.
Handle customer calls for technical issues and transmit non-technical questions to sales consultants, clinical,… as appropriate.
Planning and programming of own field service visits.
Complete administration and documentation per organization policy and procedures.
Contribute to service business revenues within the territory as appropriate and work closely with sales to ensure Terumo BCT’s presence in territory.
Pre and Post sales support on Terumo BCT devices and their applications.
Work and collaborate effectively with colleagues, commercial representatives, customer care representatives, clinical specialists and customers.
Collect and store data on server, accessible by clinical, R&D, marketing.
Responsible and accountable for all assigned company assets.
Performs any other additional duties or projects as assigned.
Frequent travel within the Benelux.
Occasional travel abroad to attend dedicated technical trainings or meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Min. 3 years of technical higher education and/or equivalent of 5 or more years of applicable experience
Experience
Min. 3 years as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the healthcare sector.
