We are looking for an IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in BELGIUM (WALLONIA).

Your mission will be to prospect and open new customer accounts, manage part of the ones we already have and manage customer needs. We are looking for a senior commercial profile specialized in the sale of outsourcing and IT services with a strong knowledge of the local job market (Benelux).

You will be directly in charge of your own Business Unit, performing the following FUNCTIONS and TASKS:

• Detect new business opportunities in the market.
• Attraction and prospect new accounts (hunting).
• Business strategy, management and engagement
• of existing customers (farming).
• Sourcing candidates using different job boards, social networks and internal tools.
• Writing and management of ads on job boards and social networks.
• Conduct the entire recruitment process, end to end, to respond the customer needs.
• Management of the IT consultants of your Business Unit.
• Management of the budget of your Business Unit.

REQUIREMENTS for a good match :

• You have at least experience of 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Consulting performing tasks described above. It’s a must.
• You have solid knowledge of the IT sector (tech profiles, stacks, companies, opportunities, etc.).
• Nice to have good tech knowledge (stacks).
• You can bring customers accounts or contacts.
• You have solid knowledge of the Belgium Market.
• You are persistent and tenacious.
• You have good communication, empathy and organization skills.
• You are people and results oriented.
• You like business development and the commercial part.
• You are passionate about challenges.
• You are fluent in English and French. It’s a must.
• Nice to have Dutch or Flemish.
• You are located in Wallonia region. It’s a must.
