Responsible for defining the EU strategy and managing projects from concept development and front-end planning through to back-end execution. This includes all initiatives aimed at transitioning from OEM to AMM to reduce the maintenance budget and CWC while enhancing the performance, lifespan, and lead time of spare parts.

Main accountabilities:
Cooperate with all departments of the breweries: brewing, packaging and E&F in a decentralized post 70/90 structure according to VPO Maintenance Pillar Block Cost Of Maintenance
In cooperation with reliability and production teams; from banded department managers to blue collars
Cooperates with other (ZBS) Streams; especially Procurement (Suppliers), Packaging (ZTE), TechSupply (Standardized Digital WoW)
Guides the team that is responsible for the execution of the projects in the different breweries while ensuring one validation protocol for reverse engineered parts
Responsible for the capex cycle (1YP, 3YP and 10YP budget development, monthly LE updates) for the reverse engineering projects
Responsible for the KPI management (translating all the initiatives into EUR Maintenance KPI impacts)
Benchmarking with internal and external stakeholders
Cooperation with 3PL when necessary or for implementation of newest techniques when it comes to reverse engineering (3D Scanning, in house milling & printing,...)
Provide technical materials/contents to upskilling training to maintenance teams
Analyze current OEM spend into 2 parts: OEM Specific parts and convertible OMM Parts
Lead/Lifetime improvement (also for new machines)
Wear and Tear parts – no assembly
Requirements:
Education
Engineering/Masters degree or equivalent experience on a Science/Technical/Engineering discipline
Experience
Several years operational leadership role in Supply. Min 5 years of experience in maintenance process and project management
Job Related Competencies
Knowledge of the Supply Chain Process
Strong Technical Experience in Maintenance Processes; especially 3D Scanning/Reverse Engineering and Manufacturing
Strong direct and indirect leadership skills
Strong project management skills
Strong in strategy building and focus on disciplined routine execution
Good analytical skills & Keen eye for financial benefit
English + Dutch or French
Digital skills: Advanced Excel, Power Point, Project. SAP-ERP + willingness to operate with new programs for 3D scanning & reverse engineering to CAD Model
