Junior Project Manager Water Treatment

To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Junior Project Manager Water Treatment.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for managing projects focusing on the development and continuous improvement of water treatment products for dialysis. Furthermore, will you also assist the product manager in collecting requirements, building the product roadmap, and many other interesting tasks … .

You will report to the Head of MIC Project Management and will land in a friendly team of dynamic project managers who are working internationally. In this role you will be strongly connected to various international stakeholders within Europe, US, South America, and Asia.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the identification of project opportunities together with the team and prioritize them based on impact
  • Initiate projects
  • Assist with project planning
  • Execute project plans
  • Track and control projects
  • Close projects
  • Supporting change management activities and ensuring that change management does not interfere with manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to optimize project success adhering to the internal processes and procedures of Nipro where available
  • Assisting the Product Manager by collecting product requirements from internal and external stakeholders, creating the product roadmap, planning and organizing meetings etc
  • Ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with the ISO quality requirements and by taking Nipro’s values into account

    • What You'll Need

  • A degree in industrial engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical product management or engineering
  • Knowledge and interest in the application of lean manufacturing practices
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluency in German is a plus
  • A positive spirit combined with great flexibility
  • A nice mix of hands on execution & pragmatic problem solving: you get energized by managing multiple projects and delivering results
  • A formal project management training is a plus
  • A good suitcase as travelling will be an inherent part of this position (20%)
  • Well organized and strong in setting priorities
  • A passion and ability to build strong relationships with our internal customers and overall stakeholders
