IT Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager you support the business with their technology needs and requests , and you coordinate the Information Technology related projects .

You coach and advise multidisciplinary teams turning their business ideas and needs into products and solutions.

You keep all stakeholders well informed, and you collaborate closely with the business, vendors, local and global IT teams.

Your challenges and responsibilities:

  • As a Project Manager you are involved from inception to completion, including needs assessment, solution exploration (with a keen eye on cost implications), implementation, and handover to the support team.
  • You create a detailed project planning, update the planning when required, follow the budget and make sure progress is made.
  • You organize and lead project meetings with all stakeholders to keep them informed.

    • Qualifications

  • Of course, you are both Project and IT minded !
  • You have a professional or academic degree with proven experience in Project Management (experience in pharma / clinical research is a big plus).
  • You have excellent planning skills , and you are well organized.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and you have good knowledge of Dutch.
  • You have a critical mindset (especially for IT technology ), you are an easy learner, with a sense of responsibility, integrity, and diplomacy.
  • You feel at ease in multi-disciplinary teams and are a true facilitator .
  • You are a strong communicator throughout the organization as well as with clients / external parties.

    • And on top of this all you have a constructive, “can do” attitude!
