Tétris, a subsidiary of the JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional work spaces. We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).
Present on 3 continents and in 13 countries, Tétris, current leader in Design & Build, continues its growth with a turnover of approximately 800 million euros and more than 900 employees in EMEA.
As part of its expansion, Tetris opened a new department in France dedicated to the distribution of furniture and accessories for all its customers and prospects in January 2017.
Due to good results, we have extended this activity to all our Tetris site since February 2020
In order to continue the growth in the EMEA region, we are looking for a Business Developer for our Furniture Solutions department based in European continent (Belgium, France , Spain or UK,)
Role / Mission
Reporting directly to the Head of Furniture Solutions department, you will:
• Develop furniture agreements with international customers
• Develop internal relationships to increase our cross-selling with the entire JLL/Tetris group
• Develop your professional network
• Study framework agreements in compliance with company rules
• Monitor implementation of our global agreements and ensure the satisfaction of our global customers
• A keen sense of business and customer satisfaction.
• Team spirit
• Organisational skills
• Solid experience of professional furniture for office (minimum 15 years) and in the development of customer accounts in this sector of activity
• A strong culture of furniture design and 360 ° space layouts
• Perfect command of the English language (Spanish, French or German are a plus)
• Perfect knowledge of the Office pack.
• Driving license
