Role:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the adoption of test automation: supporting test automation pilots, sharing successes, improving from retrospective and capturing meaningful measures. You will be part of newly formed squad on Automation Excellence covering work across multiple entities within Euroclear Group (London, Brussels, Paris). 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Own Test Automation Frameworks and artefacts, ensure implementation plan adhesion, adopting an Agile delivery approach, providing regular values to delivery/testing team of the group. Tools recommendations/choices, Architectural/design choices, Infrastructure needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and constraints in term of test automation. Educate them to understand the benefits of test automation and support them to identify opportunities. 
  • Support the Group view of the Test Automation coverage and the Test Automation Roadmap monitoring. Manage related investments, benefits, capacity, delivery plan, metrics. Consider continuous improvements and innovation. Drive the Test automation Change Management Plan 

    • Key Skills: 

  • Track record in cross-divisional Automation Journey for large scale multinational / cross-tribe / complex organisations 
  • Hands-on experience in coding/scripting: UFT, Java and or C# (ideally), Cucumber, Selenium, CodedUI and UiPath
  • Multiple technologies/platforms (Mainframe/Distributed /…) 
  • Proven working experience with multi-locations including Offshore
