  • Create and maintain technical documentation on existing and new solutions
  • Maintain full integration diagram of all applications
  • Assist Technical Architect in Project delivery procedures
  • Assist Technical Architect in solution design
  • Plan, organize and follow up on solution deployments (automated and manual)
  • Validate and document security requirements for all solutions

  • A bachelor degree in Informatics with a first relevant experience of minimum 2 years in designing applications and solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, simple, and concise text and diagrams.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
  • Good understanding of network fundamentals and are able to get by in a complex and ever changing environment.
  • Capable of thoroughly eliciting technical information through interviews with SME’s
  • Experience in Microsoft Technology stack is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
  • Very good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about the positive impact quality documentation has on delivery, managment and operations of technology assets.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure while remaining committed to quality and have a throughough approach to delivering work.

    Our Deloitte Services & Investments (DSI) organization is a service provider to all business units, enabling them to achieve their ambitions. Our expertise covers IT Services, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & Procurement, Legal services, Marketing & Communications, Clients & Markets, as well as Risk services.

    CheckPoint is Deloitte’s internal service center that captures all first-line queries of the different business units through different service delivery methods, such as an online ticketing system, face-to-face assistance, phone calls, etc. The service lines that are currently represented in CheckPoint are IT, Talent (HR) and Mobility.

    As part of Central Talent , the Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) team is responsible for the development, coordination and organization of non-technical learning activities at national level. Our focus is mainly on professional, interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills while driving our organization to the next level.

    Our Finance team manages all internal and external finance related matters including credit control, accounts payable & cash management, statutory accounting and financial controlling.

    Highly skilled and motivated professionals in our IT Team support with different projects to deliver innovative solutions and with specialized operational guidance to ease our internal clients each day. IT's mission is to embed technology which supports the 'Deloitte way' of doing business, providing a distinctive experience that enables new business, transforms the existing business and provides world class customer support.

    The Process Automation team is currently responsible to improve, simplify, integrate and automate business processes using DPA (Digital Process Automation) and RPA (Robotics Process Automation) technology.

    The IT team purchases a high number of items on a yearly basis, ranging from IT hardware (server/datacenter infrastructure), employee devices and peripherals (mouses/screens/etc) to software and professional services. For each of these items, the purchase, finance and logistics processes need to be managed in a streamlined and professional way.

    The Marketing & Communications team operates as an internal communications agency, planning and directly overseeing all marketing and communication campaigns relating to firm branding, advertising, key sponsorships and strategic partnership initiatives, public relations and corporate hospitality and event management. We also manage and execute the firm's internal and external digital marketing strategy. Our expertise covers online puslishing, marketing and advertising techniques and CRM strategy.

    The Practice Protection Group is Deloitte Belgiums’ central risk team. Our core activities relate to monitoring changes to our risk universe, including adherence to policies and regulation, and determining the approach to reduce the risks to acceptable levels. This can be at the level of an individual client, engagement or business relationship in our acceptance processes, a well as at the level of our firm where we monitor risks and mitigating actions on a variety of topics related to Quality, Risk and Security.
