Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Specialist, you are an integral component of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day supply chain activities. You will serve as the vital link between our Belgian organization and Swedish logistics, optimizing processes to ensure the timely delivery of goods to our customers, branches, and partners. This role includes inventory management, forecasting, process improvements, and supply chain project management.

The needed skills are:

1.Supply Chain Management Expertise : Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, forecasting, and logistics. Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
2.Analytical and Strategic Thinking : Exceptional analytical abilities to understand complex supply chain systems, identify bottlenecks, and devise effective strategies for improvement.
3.Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Oracle and/or Navision. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel is also crucial.
4.Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills in Flemish, French, and English, with the ability to clearly express ideas and convey information to various stakeholders, from frontline employees to upper management.
