Senior HR Systems Analyst - Workday

The Senior HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the global HR Information System (Workday), as well as driving innovative solutions that support the business. This position will be responsible for understanding business requirements to configure, test and implement changes. Opportunities to lead and/or be the primary technical resource on projects will be a large part of this role. This position will report directly to the Manager, HR Systems.
What You Will Do:
Proactively develop relationships with internal partners to gain deep understanding of business requirements.
Partner with HR Business Process Owners (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.) to design the system according to requirements and find solutions for continuous improvements.
Understand future system functionality through networking, Workday Community and User Groups to help drive innovative HR processes.
Perform complex configuration and set up in Workday.
Facilitate global training in relation to HR systems.
Understand, document, and streamline HR business processes across all HR functions.
Work with internal business groups to develop complex reports to support their data needs.
Lead M&A projects in relation to HR Systems.
Provide day to day support in system setup for security and troubleshooting issues.
Develop user procedures and training documentation as needed.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert to support and drive HR processes in Workday.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in a computer science-based discipline.
3 - 5+ years in HR experience with progressive responsibility in the HRIS function.
Experience with Workday configuration required.
Experience within multiple Workday functional areas highly preferred
Fluent in English
Strong, proven analytical skills to understand complex system design and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to identify trends and implement new processes to standardize, where appropriate.
Ability to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, charts, graphs and pivot tables.
Excellent project/process management skills with a proven track record of effective change management.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data.
Results-driven -- ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered.
Ability to work well both independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment.
