Sales Engineer Benelux

Etex Group, a leading global provider of high-performance building materials, is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team.

Working in our newly rebranded Remagin business, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Benelux region.

Remagin designs and manufactures building solutions which address the key challenges of construction today: how to build better; quicker; and more sustainably. Manufactured in our factories offsite, and benefitting from the quality and precision this brings, our 2D light gauge steel building elements - walls, floors, and roofs - come together rapidly on site to form complete building structures which offer our customers significant benefits over traditional construction. With the offsite construction market about to experience significant growth, this is an ideal opportunity to get in at the start, and help shape the future of the building industry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Benelux region
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities through proactive market research and analysis
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers
  • Providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and optimise product offerings
  • Keeping up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in technical product sales or business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Experience working in the Benelux region
