About the role

In this function, you understand the challenges of the business and offer proactive IT supported solutions to increase the business output.

You partner with the business to assist in the development of the Product roadmap. This allows you to forecast and manage IT demands, and monitor the implementation.

About you

To be successful in the Product Manager CRM – SAP Cx function, the candidate is customer minded and ensures a trustful cooperation with the BPO (Business process owner) organisation.

He or she partners with the business to develop the IT demands and will monitor the implementation.

Hence, he or she needs to be a strong communicator and ensures good collaboration with different stakeholders. Ideally, he or she is as well skilled in Project Management.

The Product Manager CRM – SAP Cx has a data driven mindset, allowing to take objective decisions.

Experience & knowledge:

- Eduction : Master University degree or equal by experience.

- Working experience : 

- broad experience in an IT Product Management Function

- broad exerpience supporting a SAP Cx platform, preferably with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud

- Good experience supporting IT development in an agile environment.

- Language & Proficiency : 

- English : excellent

- Othter languages (Spanish, Dutch and French) are an asset
