Main responsibilities and key tasks
You have an active role in innovation projects and report to the Technology Manager
You are co-responsible for the development and optimization of new and existing products and processes. You spot opportunities to optimize and improve products, processes and methods, work on proposals for improvement, develop technical solutions and implement these.
You work in a methodological way, creating and safeguarding in depth knowledge, with a constant eye on confidentiality and IP, in all of which we foresee training and coaching.
You comply with the quality system and follow the safety and environmental regulations.
Competencies and skills
Preferably you have a professional bachelor degree or hold a master degree (MsC Chemical, Sustainable Materials or Electromechanical engineering)
You already gained some experience & knowledge in materials
Some affinity with machine technology or in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Are you a hands-on, creative team player? Then you fit completely within our team!
