THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a Partner-Level opportunity for a Partner/ VP-level professional who possesses technical, commercial and/or operational experience with Product Sustainability and Circularity, Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs and Sustainable Supply Chains.
The candidate would be eloquent on and familiar with the regulatory-driven, compliance elements as well as the commercial opportunities innate in improving product portfolios and supply chains. This global leadership role will be responsible for enhancing and delivering a compelling vision for profitable service line growth and evolution for ERM’s Sustainable Product and Supply Chain Service

ROLE PROFILE
Support and carry out ERM’s strategy of focusing on clients, understanding clients’ businesses and their needs, and delivering exceptional client value, with a focus on product sustainability and circularity, product regulatory compliance and sustainable supply chains.
Ownership of global service line budget, in line with prescribed profitability targets and working through Regional Service Leads to own the regional budgets and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive/achieve commercial and people results.
Ownership of value proposition (including Global Offers & Digital Enablement, tailored by specific industry demand) and leveraging the relevant Technical Community and Industries team to engage with clients
Ability to unpack insights and anticipate client demand/industry needs
Responsible for overall global service line hiring, capability development, deployment and retention strategy and closely working with Regional CEOs, Global HR Lead on strategy and implementation plans
Work with M&A team to originate potential partnerships and acquisitions that feed into service line growth strategy and support post-acquisition activity and partnership development
Lead by example by fully adopting the new ERM way of working collaboratively between Regions, Industries, Sustainability & Risk, Digital, Acquisitions, and Services & Innovation
Inspire all levels of staff and Partners by connecting the Service Area with ERMs broader purpose to shape a sustainable future.
Collaborate with the Global Sector Leads to identify and tailor the Global Offers and service propositions most relevant to client needs within the service line, and ensure regional service understand service line trends
Drive execution of pricing strategy across the service line, in partnership with RSLs & the Global Head of Revenue Management
Develop an overall Global and Regional hiring strategy, work with RCEOs to agree strategic hiring plans (alongside plans to connect new hires to client work) to support the service line growth plan, helping to hire key Service Partners across the globe.
Work with Global HR team to maintain a service line level talent map & ensure that key talents are retained & that the talent pipeline, retention & succession plan is aligned to the service line growth plan
