As after sales and the management of this part of the supply chain is getting ever more important, PwC is looking for a talented Manager with experience in Service Supply Chain to join our Management Consulting department.

Your impact

As a Manager, you will make an impact by supporting our clients as part of a PwC project team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • With your knowledge of Service Supply Chain, you support our clients in re-defining or optimising their concept and/or processes of their after sales supply chain.

  • You will explore the market for opportunities for project work, based on your personal network

  • You play a key role in building a sustained relationship with our clients.

  • You lead projects or project streams to improve service supply chain in the broadest sense. Typical projects are:

    defining an after sales supply chain strategy or a target operating model;

    designing and implementing new planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, returns & repairs flows, field force scheduling) in the aftermarket

    providing guidance in the selection and implementation of IT tools that support these planning processes (e.g. we have an alliance with ServicePower and Salesforce);

  • You provide guidance to consultants in your project team to assure that they are working towards a common goal.

  • You contribute to achieving the commercial goals of our company by selling follow-up projects to existing customers or new projects.

  • You assure that your knowledge in Service Supply Chain Management remains leading edge.

  • About you

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or Sciences or comparable by experience.

  • Around 8 years of relevant experience in the After Sales / Service Supply Chain, preferably in a consulting environment.

  • Wide personal network in the after sales community

  • Ambition to work internationally on projects.

  • Team player mentality.

  • Affinity with relevant (field) service management solutions (ServicePower, ServiceMax, Salesforce, etc.) is highly recommended.

  • Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset. 

  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

  • Flexible, i.e. coping with short-term changes in agenda and/or willing to travel.

  • Pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution.

  • Respectful and open to all cultures and backgrounds.
