Location: Brussels - 2/3 days per week in the office

As IT Engineer, your main focus will be to provide technical support and assistance to our users (colleagues) located across five countries in Europe, as well as at our headquarters in Brussels. You'll play a crucial role in resolving user issues, offering remote support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to improving existing systems and implementing new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity!


  • User Support:
  • Provide remote technical support to end-users across multiple locations.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
  • System Improvement and Implementation:Actively contribute to improving existing IT systems and with the IT team to identify areas for enhancement and propose in implementing new systems, tools, and technologies to increase in system testing, configuration, and deployment to documentation and training materials for newly implemented systems.
  • User Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver user training sessions on IT systems and and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base users on best practices for utilizing IT systems and resources.
  • Collaboration Tools Administration:Administer and support collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Jira Service and customize Jira workflows, fields, and permissions based on user user assistance and troubleshoot issues related to collaboration and provide support for communication platforms like Slack.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure AD Administration:Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Good proficiency of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Experience in providing technical support to end-users in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
