YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users of all levels, including resolving software and hardware issues, configuring user accounts, and setting up new devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server problems.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Fluent english is required. French & Dutch would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
