IT Recruiter
Job Description
As an IT Recruiter , you will be responsible of all aspects of this function:
- Identifying recruitment needs with Business Managers.
- Drafting and publishing job offers on the various ALTER SOLUTIONS media.
- Search for profiles corresponding to our recruitment needs through various channels: internal database, job boards, CV libraries, social networks, etc.
- Conducting interviews and qualifying candidates' technical skills and soft skills.
- Presenting our career opportunities and our offers to future consultants.
- Reporting on your recruitment activities to your manager on a weekly basis.
- Onboard new employees.
- Helping to build loyalty among our consultants (organizing follow-up meetings, team lunches, after-work events, etc.).
Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of IT industry
- Good knowledge of direct search, networking, headhunting
- Good knowledge of high-quality recruitment process
- Good knowledge of creating profiles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Soft skills:
- Strong discipline and responsibility for your own delivery
- Being proactive
- Very good communication skills
- Team player attitude
