Job Description

Your role

As an IT Engineer at Flexcity, you will make sure our team has the tech tools they need to work well . Your job is to take care of our computers, manage accounts, and administrate our SaaS. You'll also keep our workstation security strong and work with the Veolia IT team to keep things running smoothly. This job is important for making sure everyone at Flexcity can do their best work.

  • IT workspace management : Ensure our SaaS platforms are optimally utilized by everyone and manage user accounts across all company services, enhancing security and efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity : Enhance our IT security to top standards, making sure we follow Group policies and promote the best security practices.
  • Device management : Manage laptops and phones life-cycle for all Flexcity’s employees around Europe.
  • Continuous improvement : Always look for ways to make using technology at Flexcity better for everyone.

    Profile

  • A first experience is needed because you will work independently, requiring proactive and self-directed actions .
  • You place great importance on delivering high-quality work . 
  • You are eager to support and collaborate with colleagues , always ready to assist and contribute positively to the team.
  • You enjoy looking for innovative solutions
  • You’re fluent in English . French or Dutch is a plus.
