We’re looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager to help us change the way the world works. Here, you’ll be part of Alludo’s global IT team and leading the IT asset management for our organization. Managing the Asset database, asset lifecycle, software and hardware procurement as well as license and subscription renewal management will be your day-to-day business. THE ROLE:
Manage and lead the IT asset management for our organization around the globe for software, subscriptions, hardware and maintenance contracts
Manage and lead a small team of one (1) IT Asset Administrator in the day-to-day operation
Maintain catalog of hardware and software in asset management database
Control and manage lifecycle of hardware, software and subscriptions
Manage license purchases, upgrades, subscriptions and maintenance contracts for hardware and software
Manage internet connection agreements for our offices in various countries
Top Level Internet Domain and SSL Certificate Management
Meet with IT vendors to discuss software licenses, cost, hardware, issues, and new products.
Establish process and workflow for subscription and contract renewal management
Collaborate with IT leadership and other business owners for contract and subscription renewals
Collaborate with Helpdesk team and other business owners on computer lifecycle management
Control cost and budget for hardware and software issued to staff
Develop procurement strategies across the company to optimise technology spending
Collaborate with Finance on internal procurement process
YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / tertiary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years’ experience in IT asset management and tools
5+ years’ experience in procurement and contracting
5+ years’ experience in management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good negotiation skills and vendor management
Analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under timelines
Ability to analyze complex contracts and evaluate solutions
Engagement to drive continuous improvement across the organization
The following are not required, but nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft products, license programs and license optimization
