About the role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Global Digital Communications Project Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing internal and external communications through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge digital communications tools and platforms to optimize webcasts, website functionalities, and reporting systems.

Screen, analyze, drive decision taking, and implement digital communications tools and channels to further professionalize internal and external communications including webcasts, website functionalities, and reporting platforms.

Be a leading innovator in the ‘digital finance’ transformation, enabling efficient collaboration on important reporting deliverables.

Ensure a strong digital presence for Bekaert through managing internal and external social media platforms.

Oversee the development and maintenance of engaging content on the company's website, including "About Us" and "Investors" pages.

Analyze and evaluate the necessary tools and requirements to expand the group's disclosures of non-financial information.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive non-financial disclosures.

Translate the new branding, purpose, and ambitions of Bekaert into visually appealing and persuasive presentation materials.

Develop creative materials and tools for various communication channels that align with the company's identity and strategic goals.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital communications, either within a company or as a consultant.

Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must.

Hands-on expertise with webcast, ADOBE AEM, Workiva, and Microsoft software.

Explicit interest in sustainability strategies and reporting requirements.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data effectively; eye for detail in developing materials for different communication channels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to advise and influence business stakeholders on value messaging and strategic topics.

Self-driven problem solver with a passion for delivering results and adapting well to changing environments; brings fresh perspectives while aligning with corporate guidelines.
