Field Service Engineer.

Currently we are looking for a proactive  Field Service Engineer  for DR and CR equipment. This position performs technical service and supportday-to day business on Agfa and 3rd party products and systems to customers.

Location : Northern Poland, preferred regions: pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, wielkopolskie

Major Accountabilities:

  • Installing and modifying Agfa and 3rd party products (DR and CR)
  • Troubleshoot Agfa and 3rd party products, also repairing and replacing on-site and remotely
  • Assist R&D and HQ in problem solving and risk analysis
  • Training the customers
  • Escalate when necessary problems to 2nd and 3rd tier support
  • Service incidents documentation
  • Performing preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment
  • Assisting internal and external customers (e.g. user, freelancer, colleagues from all business areas, HQ etc.) on-site and remotely on technical questions and issues

    • Requirements:

  • Higher education preferably electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, medical physics or related
  • Expereince in service mechanical and electrical devices together with cooperating computer software
  • Experience in installing and maintaining medical devices and especially X-ray or DR systems will be a great asset
  • Proactivity, flexibility, independence, own initiative, eager to act on short notice and to change schedules, openness to new challenges
  • Driving license, willingness to daily travel on business
  • Very good knowledge of English language
