A day in the life of…
As the Director of Sales, your role involves supporting the creation of the commercial plan, aligning strategies for business development and revenue maximisation. You'll build relationships with Key Account Directors/Managers, seek new business in relevant segments, and utilise brand initiatives. Ensuring appropriate Sales structures, leading and developing the team, and fostering a Sales culture are essential. Strong relationships with brand Sales teams, adherence to brand standards, and evaluating ROI are crucial. You'll also prepare reports and presentations, and actively cross-sell Aimbridge properties.
Based in the Ghent Marriott Hotel in the medieval city centre of Ghent, you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
