Director Compliance

Role Purpose:

  • The Director of Compliance is in charge of protecting the reputation of the company internally and externally by ensuring a strong work ethic and integrity program is fully developed and successfully implemented in the organization

  • This role designs compliance plans, educates and trains the management and organization on compliance matters, updates knowledge on recent regulatory changes, and responds in case of government investigations

  • You will take the lead in the investigations, ensuring that any potential compliance raised or identified is adequately investigated, and that necessary actions are taken place

  • Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Design, develop a global Ethics and Integrity compliance strategy for the organisation 

  • Process: Ensuring and verifying that all ethics and integrity programs have been developed, documented, implemented, and communicated

  • People Management: Create and maintain a good work climate, stimulate empowerment, engagement, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and continuous improvement

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide regular review on the progress made, issues identified 

  • External Compliance: Constantly tracking, examining new government regulations, and developing internal policies to help the organization comply with them

  • Project Management: Manage ad hoc Compliance projects as requested
