
Director Compliance
Role Purpose:
The Director of Compliance is in charge of protecting the reputation of the company internally and externally by ensuring a strong work ethic and integrity program is fully developed and successfully implemented in the organization
This role designs compliance plans, educates and trains the management and organization on compliance matters, updates knowledge on recent regulatory changes, and responds in case of government investigations
You will take the lead in the investigations, ensuring that any potential compliance raised or identified is adequately investigated, and that necessary actions are taken place
Responsibilities:
Strategy: Design, develop a global Ethics and Integrity compliance strategy for the organisation
Process: Ensuring and verifying that all ethics and integrity programs have been developed, documented, implemented, and communicated
People Management: Create and maintain a good work climate, stimulate empowerment, engagement, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and continuous improvement
Continuous Improvement: Provide regular review on the progress made, issues identified
External Compliance: Constantly tracking, examining new government regulations, and developing internal policies to help the organization comply with them
Project Management: Manage ad hoc Compliance projects as requested
