Digital Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities 

  • Technical reference on different tools to support business units processes (sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement):
    - Know and drive ongoing transformation processes in the plant or logistics site, coordinating it from a “system standpoint”
    - Support digital transformation by leading projects on different tools, analyzing needs and guidelines, proposing solutions and improvements
    - Manage projects deliveries (including analysis phase, collaborating with suppliers and consultants, delivery and training, to the final roll out phase)
    - Support business teams or users on tools usage and continuous improvement
  • Interaction with key users to analyze process requirements and define digital solutions
  • Management of smart reporting and data analysis to drive quick analytic responses and data visualization
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technology and provide updates to the wider Datwyler organisation on how IT innovations are being used across different sectors, and how these can be applied in Datwyler divisions to deliver cost-effective technology solutions
  • Meet regularly with internal stakeholders like senior management, executives and heads in the different business department to discuss progress on projects, offer feedback, and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with CIO, CISO and other IT heads to effectively implement and maintain an effective ISMS program and framework. 
  • Our requirements

  • A bachelor degree in engineering computer science or business area (or equivalent studies)
  • Have successful lead e-commerce, customers web portal implementations
  • Previous experience in similar roles in other companies for at least 3-5 years’ 
  • Experience working for an international company/group in the IT management area
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, creativity and communication are considered key elements
  • Thorough understanding of data management, processes, business administration
  • Fluent in written and oral English skills (Level C1)
