Digital Identity (IAM/PAM)-related solutions are crucial cornerstones in this framework. Within C&P, a group of enthusiastic IAM/PAM adepts designs and implements these essential building blocks. What you’ll learn and need to do Help clients understand IAM/PAM concepts, related processes and policies Provide the governance perspective in all our IAM/PAM engagements Assess and analyse current situation and suggest and implement improvements Work on the implementation of use cases related to IAM/PAM processes Design governance for state-of-the-art IAM/PAM solutions to reduce and align on acceptable risks Develop and improve tools and templates to support all of these tasks Evaluate new, emerging IAM/PAM technologies and solutions Who you are Security Advisor with several years of experience in designing security governance solutions Ambitious with a passion for security, IAM/PAM and related governance models Good knowledge of ICT systems, networks and security technologies Relevant bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent Excellent communication skills including good writing and presentation skills (Dutch or French plus English) Team player, but also able to work independently and deliver results Flexible, motivated, loyal, analytical, structured and responsible High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information in a professional way Experience or knowledge in any of the following is a definite plus: Knowledge of/Experience with IAM/PAM solutions from SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft What we offer Friendly, people-centric management with a genuine interest in others Open communication and feedback with a strong emphasis on the positive Wide variety of interesting and challenging projects Respect for your time (work-life balance) Lots of networking and team-bonding activities Competitive salary and attractive benefits Flexible schedule Continuous learning opportunities, including certification programs Extensive growth potential An international, diverse and multidisciplinary environment Looking for a career in cyber & privacy where you’ll really make a difference?
