Responsibilities A day in the life of our Customer Care Design Engineer would look like this … Configure and design parts for customer care orders, update older drawings according to the newest drawings specifications. Design work is carried out in Autocad and Creo Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings. Integrating purchased components into an overall functional assembly model. Generation and updates of parts lists and BOM's. Administrative input of data in ERP system(s). Research of historical data in customer manuals, older workfiles or in an old ERP system. Provide technical data for creation of technical manuals Work with technical sales support and customer related issues Comply with time schedules and dead-lines Ensure that all tasks are performed according to the company quality policy Having an eye for safety Qualifications Items we would be keen to see listed on your resume … Holds a bachelor’s degree (electro-mechanical or equivalent) or equal by experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industrial environment is a bonus Junior profile Has a positive attitude and is eager to learnHas a positive attitude and is eager to learn, Good communication Skills Knowledge of Autocad Knowledge of Creo is a plus knowledge of equipment Knowledge of production method Dutch is the main language Good command on written and spoken english Knowledge of ERP is a plus A bit about us: JBT has a long commitment to the food processing and packaging industry.
