Role Summary :

As a Cyber Security Analyst at Proximus, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' digital assets. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools and technologies, you will analyze ICT network security, detect and resolve incidents, and collaborate closely with client security teams. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our clients' cybersecurity posture while promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities :

Analyze ICT network security for European clients using cutting-edge tools like Splunk SIEM, EDR, NDR, and XDR.

Detect and resolve security incidents, coordinating response processes, and collaborating with client security teams.

Stay ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities through collaboration with our internal CSIRT and client support teams.

Continuously enhance your cybersecurity expertise through professional growth opportunities and certifications.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.

Highly valued certifications in security and products.

Experience with SIEM, EDR, XDR solutions.

Strong knowledge of internet technologies and protocols.

Technical expertise in ICT and network technologies.

Familiarity with security vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and related attacks.

Practical experience with security devices (BlueCoat, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

Experience in a security operations center is a plus.

Customer-facing or technical support experience preferred.
