Our Position
With your strong affinity for IT systems and thorough knowledge of the IT applications for operations-related departments (production, maintenance, quality, planning,…), you will be the driving force to improve administrative processes and help us create a more efficient and digital workplace.
In this role, you will serve as the application-owner of operations-specific IT applications. By leveraging your knowledge of the business processes and understanding of their interconnectivity, you will translate the needs of the related departments into IT/OT solutions.
You will be a key contributor to Nitto Belgium's MES implementation project, helping to shape its future.

Your Profile
As a Business Process Analyst you have have strong analytical skills and a natural ability to maintain a good helicopter view. You are familiar with I4.0, IIoT, AI, and other relevant terms and are eager to work with them.
You are someone who excels in analyzing processes, mapping and identifying opportunities for efficiency through digitalization. You should have a minimum bachelor's degree (but preferable masters) and experience with internal production, quality, and logistics processes. Experience with MES implementation and/or good knowledge of SAP is a big advantage.
You are a team player with strong empathy and communication skills, able to persuade and influence stakeholders at different levels. You are also eager to learn and can defend your opinion with confidence.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
