Skills & Qualifications
You hold a master's degree and have at least 2-3 years of experience in banking technology or technology consulting in the banking / FS sector.
You have thorough experience in user stories’ definitions, business requirements gathering, definition of functional and non-functional requirements and IT solutions design. Ideally for various banking products and lines of business in banks / FS sector.
You make the link between the Business and Technology.
You have some experience in business process modeling, Lean, continuous improvements and project management methodologies (waterfall/agile).
Preferably you also have experience in end-user training and/or user acceptance testing, from test cases’ definition to test execution.
You have a pro-active mindset, dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
You are not afraid to challenge assumptions, business needs and to rethink the status quo.
You have fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and Dutch or French.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.

Participate in business analysis projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and translate them in IT solutions.
Get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases; as a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.
