Business Analyst
Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with an excellent understanding of the way the organization works, as you'll be helping the business to develop its functions, services and products to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders.

One day as an Expleo Business Analyst
You will analyze business needs. Identify needs via regular communication with business stakeholders. Perform requirements elicitation efficiently via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, documentation, …
You will support the internal clients through all the process from the micro framing to the onboarding and ensure a trustful relationship with internal stakeholders.
You will prepare training content for describing the functionalities of the tool for the different channels and also give training sessions to the various teams
You'll also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as an intermediary where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organization's needs.
What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo Fullstack Java developers’ team?
Bachelor and master’s degree in engineering or related fields
You have 5 years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst in ICT projects within an industrial environment
Understand and apply project methodologies like Prince2, Scrum, SAP Activate
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Experience in developing efficient solutions to specific business area problems
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences
