Project Engineering for all building services disciplines from the design phase till qualification and handover to the client in projects in a variety of industries
Analyse and provide resolution of technical issues, perform building services engineering design tasks
Support all project phases from concept via basic and detail engineering
Within the building services engineering discipline manage the schedule, cost control, security review, site supervision and commissioning
Develop and review engineering and vendor documents and support Project Execution
Support daily construction and project related activities and liaise with the client and other construction professionals
Approve vendor and contractor submittal approvals and answer all technical queries
Develop and apply Exyte building services engineering policies and standards
Show your expertise
Graduated engineer (MEng, BEng) in supply engineering or a comparable field of study
Professional experience with building services and clean room technology systems in a comparable position ideally for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of Building Services Engineering such as HVAC systems etc.
Very good English and Dutch skills
Professional and safe handling of MS Office applications
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and communication skills
