Associate Director Sales Profiler (m/f/d) - based in Brussels

  • Work with the Marketing/Demand Center team and Business Analysis to exploit each channel effectively and open up new channels
  • Ensure that pipeline remains full of qualified leads and prospects based on MQL delivery 
  • Ensure effective leadqualification to guarantee pipeline development of the sales team
  • Evaluate and improve relevant sales processes related to sales profiling to have a positive impact on sales revenue for the EMEA region
  • Work on scripts with the team, making ongoing amendments as necessary
  • Monitor Sales Profilers productivity and motivate the team to reach daily dial goals
  • Coordinate team activities and projects and ensure all timelines are being met
  • Optimize the effective use of sales tools and programs including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, --SalesPlus to drive lead generation activities
  • Coach and empower staff membersPlan and monitor the cost centers in the area of responsibility
  • Provide accurate reports and information to sales leader’s team and senior management 
  • Implement the Division’s strategy

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within an Sales Profiler role
  • Excellent people management skills and an ability to drive sales results
  • Strong systems and CRM skills
  • Creativity and ability to be a problem solver, with willingness and ability to figure out things on the fly
  • Flexibility in work schedules
  • Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate ROI
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
