Roles & Responsibilities
As a Junior Consultant within Digital Advisory (Zaventem or Antwerp) you will be part of a team that is responsible to assist customers in their digital and technology led transformation projects. For KPMG these transformations are end to end involving everything from the business/technology strategy up to and including the actual implementation of the chosen IT components based around our 3 pilars: Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation and implementation of Enterprise Solutions.
Your main focus will be:
Guide customers in the determination of their IT strategy and IT target operating model and the actual roll-out of this strategy within the organisation
Guide customers in their outsourcing journeys from strategy till improving of existing relationships with external service providers
Help define the infrastructure and application architecture (blueprint) for the transformation of the IT systems of the customer (move to cloud, new ERP system ...)
Support creation of functional designs, implementations and configuration of the cloud based systems
Help write test scenarios and execute functional and acceptance testing
Assist in setting up the (Agile) portfolio, program and project management structures to support the management and control of large end to end technology led transformations
Assist in the Quality
Assurance component of large scale transformations in topics as peer reviews, risk assessments, issue assessments …

Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering
You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility
You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French
Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP or Servicenow technology is considered an advantage
Certification in Prince2, PMP or other project management tracks is considered an advantage
