About KPMG Belgium: At KPMG Belgium, we're at the forefront of driving digital transformation in the public sector. We're looking for an experienced and innovative Manager in Digital Transformation & Strategy to join our dynamic team and lead transformative projects of medium to large sizes.
Roles & Responsibilities: As the Manager in Digital Transformation & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the digital revolution.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with functional teams, technology experts, and sector specialists to co-develop end-to-end digital solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Leading and coaching project teams to deliver transformation projects/programs effectively.
Shaping vision on Digital & IT Strategy & Transformation (evaluating as-is, identifying gaps, shaping plans, guiding transformation journey)
Evaluating & designing Digital & IT TOM (processes, people, service delivery model, governance)
Interacting with C-levels + Acting as C-level sounding board
Identifying business opportunities and supporting go-to-market activities to further drive growth.
Cultivating and expanding the internal digital transformation community within the public sector through training, coaching, and recruitment efforts.
Serving as a subject matter expert in digital transformation for the public sector and a reference point for our consultants.

Skills & Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications: In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the public sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital transformation.
A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments.
Excellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills, with a knack for co-creating optimal technology solutions with clients.
Flexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
Extensive experience in the Belgian public sector and a proven ability to thrive in agile and changing environments.
Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF certifications are an asset.
