IT Technician (Bruxelles)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent professional experience in one or more of the following areas: ICT Hardware Incident Management, ICT Hardware Product Expertise, Server Hardware Expertise, Desktop Operating Systems Deployment (MS Windows, Linux, Apple), Mobile Devices Expertise, Network Management, Web Platform Development, or Logistic Operations.

Your Mission:

  • Apply specialized knowledge and skills in the chosen domain to effectively manage incidents, resolve problems, and contribute to the success of daily operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on hardware products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Utilize ticketing systems for incident tracking, resolution, and documentation.
  • Implement ITIL foundations and best practices (ITIL V4) in daily operations.
  • Pursue vendor certifications to enhance expertise and stay current with technology advancements.
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management Database tools and processes.
  • Use documentation tools and systems administration tools as required by daily operations.

    • Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent professional experience in one or more of the specified areas.
  • Proven expertise in hardware products research and analysis, incident resolution, and problem management within the chosen domain.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL foundations and best practices (ITIL V4).
  • Vendor certifications in the relevant area will be appreciated.
  • Experience with Configuration Management Database tools and processes.
  • Competence in the use of tools for documentation and systems administration.
  • Service-minded attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality technical services.
  • Attention to the quality of work with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-friendly and diplomatic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and accountable for individual and team actions.
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in French and/or English (B1 level) in speech and reading/writing.
