We are looking for an IT Specialist with good knowledge in infrastructure, support Mobile Devices, printers and IoT.
How You Will Contribute
Design, implement, and support advanced and diverse technical solutions that address complex business requirements (for Office department or Manufacturing Department). Evaluate and recommend products and devices in key technology areas (hardware and software).
Work cooperatively with technical personnel and functional personnel in other divisions and functions to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.
Identify and implement support and incident process improvements.
Familiar with IT support first, second and/or third line.
Customer Mindset and solution provider.
Ability to speak with external Suppliers and Takeda Global technical teams
Fluent in French and English (oral and written)
What You Bring To Takeda
Besides being an IT expert who understands manufacturing and office challenges, solution provider , a great trusted advisor and team player you also bring the following.
Technical expertise and/or breadth in one or more systems environments and strategic technologies.
Have a degree in IT with at least 5 years of experience.
Familiar with ITIL
Ability to participate in the strategy and objective alignments with the operational leadership.
Ability to understand and assist in evolution and/or integration of Takeda applications.
General Technology Network, Mobile Devices (Windows/Android tablets/barcode readers/XR glasses), printing devices (Zebra, Xerox, …), Asset Management IT, Knowledge in Video/audio assets, Access points, Knowledge in Smart Building Technology and IOT
