You will be part of the financial planning and controlling team. You will work closely together with Telenet senior management and report to the VP Business and Ops controlling. This is an extremely fast-paced environment, and the post holder must be accustomed to a rapidly changing context and ambiguity.
Working in the Finance-team
As Director, you will be in charge of for your team members and be a trusted business partner for Customer Operations and Corporate Development circles.
The core functions of the role will include performing analysis and insights to support business day-to-day operation as well as decision-making.
Your responsibilities as Director
Report to Financial planning & controlling Tribe Lead
Passionate and hands-on team leader
Helicopter view with an eye on details when appropriate
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills; this person will interface with executives and tribe leads across the organization.
Owner to automate standard processes to streamline team workload and increase sophistication and capacity for analysis.
Stakeholder management towards the business in matrix structure (both from a vertical and horizontal perspective, other team managers within the tribe and any other Finance & Strategy colleagues directly linked to the scope of the function
Your key deliverables
Control monthly P&L and understand the operational drivers behind the figures.
Planning and reporting (monthly close, Roll, budget and POR)
Business casing
Crisp and insightful presentation towards executive management and tribe leads
People management
Stakeholder management towards the business in matrix structure (both from a vertical and horizontal perspective, other team managers within the tribe and any other

Master Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
At least 5 years people manager experience
Telco business Knowledge preferred
Experience in Management Reporting, Forecasting and M&A processes
