**Responsibilities**

* Design dialogues, content, and conversational journeys for chatbots and AI assistants.

* Define tone of voice, content strategy, and user experience (UX).

* Collaborate with AI, development, architecture, and business teams.

* Analyze user feedback and continuously improve journeys.

* Produce documentation, recommendations, and reports.

* Participate in testing, governance, and Agile best practices.
