
ServiceNow Automation Tester (Brussels)
Bridge351 is looking for a **ServiceNow Automation Tester** to join a strategic project for the **European Commission**, based in Brussels.

**What you'll do:**
✅ Design, build and monitor automated tests for applications on the ServiceNow Platform
✅ Contribute to integrating automated testing into the overall testing strategy
✅ Evaluate and select the best-fit automation tools and technologies, applying a DevSecOps approach
✅ Define the methodology and architecture for test automation
✅ Design and develop new or modified test automation solutions aligned with business needs
✅ Drive the transition from manual to automated testing
✅ Build automated test reporting and metrics collection
✅ Develop and maintain robust, scalable and reusable automation frameworks (web, API, backend)
✅ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast feedback
✅ Collaborate with developers and manual testers to promote a shift-left testing culture
**What we're looking for:**
Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, RestAssured, or similar) for web, API and mobile testing
Familiarity with automated test generation using Generative AI
Hands-on experience building test automation solutions from scratch
Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
Experience with test data management
Proficiency in a programming language for automation (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
**Certification (mandatory):**
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent
**Soft skills \& languages:**

✔️ Self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Adaptable to evolving automation frameworks, languages and CI/CD tools
✔️ Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus

**Candidate profile:**
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
