Responsibilities
- ---------------

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, data-driven requirements.
* Analyze data to identify actionable insights and support business decision-making.
* Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards**, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
* Provide clear recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
* Support project planning, coordination, follow-up, testing, and deployment activities.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation.
* Act as a bridge between **business, IT, data, and AI teams**.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Support the definition, validation, and implementation of **Data, AI, and GenAI use cases**.
* Contribute to AI/GenAI adoption and related change-management activities.
* Prepare executive-level **PowerPoint presentations** with clear narratives, visuals, business impact, and ROI.
* Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and support decision-making and solution adoption.
* Ensure measurable business outcomes from data and AI initiatives.

Qualifications
- -------------

* Bachelor's degree in **Business, Economics, Information Management**, or a related field.
* **2--5 years of experience** as a Business Analyst in data-related projects.
* Experience working in **project mode**, including planning, coordination, testing, and follow-up.
* Experience working with **cross-functional teams** across business, IT, data, and AI.
* Strong **analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills**.
* Hands-on experience with **Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint storytelling**.
* Experience in the **insurance sector** is mandatory.
* Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure and Databricks** is considered an advantage.
