Job Description
Objectives:
Drive awareness of requirements across Policy Management Unit and identify which processes are better candidate for automation through evaluation of real-time data and policy workflow.
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
Determine and develop user requirements for CDP and other systems in production, to ensure automation usability.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across business units (PM, Underwriting, Finance and others) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with UCM, managerial, and executive teams.
Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.

Automatic calculation premium on RA amount (scope under finalization by PDC)Analysis and creation of the requirements on customer notifications (email notification and more)FSPM and RA tasks monitoring
Qualifications
Required skills and qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in business analysis and systems development
Proven analytical abilities.
Business process awareness.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports (BPMN based).
Excellent communication skills in English with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in information technology or computer science.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Visio and others).
Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
Extensive experience with data visualization.
High proficiency in technical writing.
