In totaal rekruteert Selor voor meer dan 150 verschillende overheidsdiensten. Deze bestaat uit 10 verticale federale overheidsdiensten (FOD's) met elk hun specifieke bevoegdheid, 4 horizontale FOD's en 3 programmatiorische overheidsdiensten (POD's).
Daarnaast heb je nog een groot aantal bekende en minder bekende sociale en wetenschappelijke instituten of rijksdiensten die afhangen van de federale overheid: bijvoorbeeld Rijksinstituut voor Invaliditeits- en Ziekteverzekering, Rijksdienst voor Arbeidsvoorziening, Regie der Gebouwen, Koninklijk Meteorologisch Instituut.
