**Senior GIS Systems Developer (ArcGIS Platform)**

**Start Date:** 03 August 2026

**End Date:** 12 July 2027

We are looking for a **Senior GIS Systems Developer** to support the development, administration, and optimization of enterprise GIS solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the ArcGIS environment, developing GIS applications, and ensuring the reliability and performance of the GIS platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, test, debug, and maintain GIS applications and solutions.
* Administer and support the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and architecture.
* Manage ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro environments.
* Perform geocoding, spatial data processing, and database query development.
* Implement GIS best practices for server infrastructure, monitoring, load balancing, logging, and patch management.
* Collaborate within Agile development teams and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
* Support GIS operations through system optimization and technical expertise.

**Key Requirements:**

* Minimum **5 years' experience** developing GIS systems.
* At least **6 years' experience** with ArcGIS Enterprise administration and ArcGIS platform best practices.
* Strong expertise in ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and Windows Server administration.
* Experience with geocoding, vector and raster data, spatial databases, and SQL queries.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL.
* Experience with VertiGIS, Geocortex, Kibana, and Identity Provider (IDP) integration is an advantage.
* Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2).
* Hybrid working available by mutual agreement.
