Group Procurement Processes & Systems Manager

To reinforce our Procurement team we are looking for a Group Procurement Processes & Systems Manager.
Mission and Key Tasks
In this role, you'll act as the business process owner for the source-to-pay process. This position reports directly to the Group Procurement Enablement & Data Leader. You will:
Develop, implement, and continuously refine standardized source-to-pay process across the organization
Monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Lead process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
Ensure the ongoing maintenance and development of the procurement information system based on Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to meet business needs.
Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of the selected source-to-pay solution, overseeing all project phases from planning to execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Enhance the roadmap for digital transformation to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.
Document process flows and systems and conduct training and development programs to ensure effective implementation.
Maintain and further develop KPIs and metrics to monitor S2P process performance and drive continuous improvement through analysis.
Act as the lead for functional and cross-functional internal audits in procurement, including managing resolution of assigned corrective actions.
Support the Vendor Performance Management program and coordinate performance tracking and vendor risk evaluation
Manage and implement strategic, highly complex Procurement initiatives to ensure a smooth and timely integration.
Background and Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Min. 5-8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on process design, optimization and improvement.
Excellent knowledge of source-to-pay process and expertise with SAP and source to pay suites (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa,… )
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Power BI
Strong facilitation, influential, and people skills: ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas and taking others with you to deliver the business needs
Multitasker with a flexible mindset and a clear can-do mentality, pragmatic, process-oriented and well-structured
Analytical and result oriented
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Fluent in English, the knowledge of Dutch or any other European language is an asset
Willing to travel on occasional basis to manage processes and systems implementations and conduct trainings
