We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and communicative Business Analyst Specialist who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to the team and organizational culture, while supporting the development of new systems and the enhancement of existing solutions.

**Your day-to-day mission:**

* Act as key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, upholding the project business scope.
* Contribute to elicitation and analysis of business requirements, challenge and refine proposed solutions, ensure they meet end-user needs, and flag any compliance or risk concerns.
* Document business requirements in a structured format that can be translated into functional and non-functional requirements.
* Support the project development process including design, testing and deployment phases.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Guide and coach junior team members.

**What you need to have to succeed in this role:**

* Experience in the settlement business domain..
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (stakeholder management, elicitation), preferably in financial industry.
* Critical thinking along with analytical and problem-solving skills to extract and apply relevant information.
* Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

**What makes you stand out:**

* Knowledge of tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira and ServiceNow.
* Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages, and familiarity with data management tools (e.g. Collibra).
* Professional certifications (e.g. CCBA).

**About the Team**

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
