Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile colleague to join our team in the role of a multifaceted Sales Analyst. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Manager through market analysis, competitive analysis, reporting, dashboarding, digital enablement and creation of digital client proposals. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a diverse skill set and the ability to work collaboratively across different domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager throughout the pursuit/proposal cycle.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in relationship mapping and support the creation of proposals by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Reporting and dashboarding:

  • Independently fulfill reporting needs for management and business units.
  • Conduct analysis (cross-firm, sector-wide, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Qlikview, and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to extract data and build insightful dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor dashboards accordingly.
  • Microsites:

  • Develop microsites for digital proposals in an online tool, demonstrating experience with UX/UI and web design.
  • Collaborate with designers for core programming, understanding their language and making necessary adjustments independently.
  • Address and troubleshoot bugs efficiently to ensure smooth digital proposal functionality.

    Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (business engineer) – economics with any technical background (data management, data analysis etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in market analysis and competitive analysis.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in using research tools and external commercial databases.
  • Excellent understanding of Excel and prior experience with tools such as PowerBI and CRM.
  • Web design skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to consult with stakeholders and designers.
  • Fluency in either Dutch or French and an excellent knowledge of English.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
