Process Analyst

Excelling as a process analyst

Working in the Product & Technology Steering Tribe
As a leading telecommunications and entertainment company, we’re not just keeping up with, but actually driving the digitization of our society. To monitor, understand and improve our business processes, we rely on … you? As our process analyst, you design, improve, automate and/or standardize – you guessed it – processes. To determine which ones to tackle first, you identify corporate and stakeholder needs. You also suggest improvements in line with the customer journey, and make sure everything you implement is on a par with industry standards and regulations, and safeguards the interactions between our core processes. Ready to drive change, so Telenet can stay ahead?

Your responsibilities
As our process analyst, you are in for an interesting and varied job with plenty of ownership. You put your mark on the Telenet strategy and advise us on the best approach to implementing the Telenet vision and strategy, keeping in mind future tech evolutions as well as our operational and/or financial KPIs.

  • Devising new processes: Together with our stakeholders, you chart and analyze our business needs. You identify the impact on existing processes, our organization, the customer experience, systems and/or tools, as well as any financial consequences.
  • Process adjustments/improvements: Having checked for feasibility and desirability with IT, you help us move from an imperfect ‘as is’ to an ideal ‘to be’ by organizing workshops, training programs, interviews, etc. – documenting the adjustments and best practices as you move along.
  • Process monitoring: You standardize processes wherever possible, identify recurring problems and come up with solutions.
  • You act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding processes and – to be completely fair – incidents or problems related to them.
  • You support change processes, coming up with a Plan and sticking to it.

  • What we have to offer
You will be joining a company that invests fully in you, adapting your work environment optimally to what you need. This will allow you to develop while taking care of your work-life balance. What else will we throw into the fray?

  • You are given every opportunity to further develop your expertise. We stimulate your personal growth with internal mobility opportunities and extensive learning possibilities, but we also give you the chance to press the pause button after a while or to go in a completely different direction.
  • A varied job in which you produce tangible results and make your mark.
  • A competitive gross monthly salary that we complement with a host of fringe benefits (meal vouchers, cell phone, option for a car, hospitalization insurance, telephone subscription, discounts on Telenet products, working from home, ...).
  • The fine company of colleagues who are as passionate as you.

  • Our ideal process analyst …
… has strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, and a hawk’s eye for spotting flaws in processes.

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a first work experience as a process analyst or a business analyst.
  • You have strong consensus-building and communication skills, with which you get our various stakeholders on board in no time, while highlighting possible impact and risks as well.
  • Experienced as you are, you have an affinity with IT, network infrastructure, applications, and related processes, whether it be in the telecom or other sectors. In addition, you know a thing or two about process modeling, management and documentation.
  • You’re go-getter who feels right at home in a dynamic (sometimes even chaotic) environment.
  • You are fluent in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
