Mission :

The Operational Process Analyst's responsibility is to implement new projects on cable/fiber in customer service and ensure clear communication to all involved parties. (agents, IT, management).

Key responsibilities:

  • He/She provides an input towards transversal project stakeholders, in order to anticipate possible operational impact. The Operational Process Analyst ensures that the Operational perspective of his domain is taken into account during all project meetings. On a recurrent basis, he/she identifies and proposes improvements in the process to management and business process experts and escalates towards Operational management if necessary.
  • He/She contributes to major evolutions in the specific responsibility domain (projects, processes,…) by producing the Use-Case Analysis and by providing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • He/she contributes to the definition and construction of the operational KPI’s.
  • He/She contributes to and coordinates the babysitting of major technical projects, to ensure a smooth handover transition between project mode and full operational run.
  • He/She performs the required sanity checks and improves the processes by performing a systematic analysis, on a regular basis, on the domain of responsibility
  • Profile:

  • Basic technical knowledge of the products and services, as well as an in depth knowledge of the relevant business processes, to enable clear view of the impact of changes and of projects on the business processes
  • Good transversal knowledge of the operational departments (customer facing departments) in order to be fully aware on the possible impact.
